ExtenD Co., Ltd. Selected for “NEDO Summit 2026 Advanced Tech Showcase”
Exhibiting Proprietary “Liquid AI Sommelier®” and Attracting High Interest from Advanced Technology Experts

ExtenD Co., Ltd. was selected as an exhibiting company for the “Advanced Tech Showcase” (a technical exhibition by small and medium-sized enterprises and startups possessing advanced technologies) at the inaugural NEDO Summit held on June 15, 2026, and exhibited its proprietary “Liquid AI Sommelier®.”
On the day of the event, the exhibition attracted a large number of corporate representatives, researchers, and investors, who showed high interest in our AI technology designed to support the analysis, evaluation, and utilization of liquid data. Active exchanges of opinions took place at our booth, and we received many expressions of high expectations regarding potential applications across a wide range of fields, including materials, chemicals, food, and healthcare.
Furthermore, during the Fast Pitch session on NEDO’s focus areas, we exchanged views with candidates for Program Directors in the “Digital Sensitivity Area” and the “Preemptive Healthcare Area through Advanced Sensing.” This provided a valuable opportunity to obtain significant insights for future research, development, and business expansion toward creating new industries and solving social issues using AI and sensing technologies.
As a deep-tech startup originating from AIST (National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology), ExtenD Co., Ltd. promotes the development of innovative solutions integrating AI and advanced sensing technologies. We will continue to accelerate the social implementation of our proprietary technologies, including the “Liquid AI Sommelier®,” to contribute to the advancement of data utilization and the creation of new value in the fields of materials development, food, and healthcare.

“We are deeply honored to have had the opportunity to introduce the ‘Liquid AI Sommelier®’ at the memorable 1st NEDO Summit. The level of interest we received at the venue exceeded our expectations, and we felt a strong surge in social demand for the utilization of liquid data.
In addition, discussions with professors who are candidates to lead areas where future growth is anticipated, such as digital sensitivity and preemptive healthcare, allowed us to reaffirm the new possibilities opened up by AI and sensing technologies.
ExtenD Co., Ltd. will support the efficiency of research and development as well as the creation of new products and services through technology that visualizes the ‘invisible value’ of liquids. As a startup originating from AIST, we will continue to link deep-tech innovation from Japan to social implementation and challenge ourselves to create new industrial value.”
