Announcement of Membership in the Japan Society for Viticulture and Enology (ASEV Japan)
We are pleased to announce that our company has joined the Japan Society for Viticulture and Enology (ASEV Japan). Through our membership in this academic organization, which operates at the forefront of research and innovation in grape cultivation and winemaking, we aim to further contribute to the industry.
Additionally, we will participate in the corporate exhibition at the ASEV Japan Sapporo Conference, to be held from Saturday, December 7, to Sunday, December 8, 2024. We look forward to introducing our AI Sommelier and welcoming many visitors to our booth.
Introduction to AI Sommelier
At this exhibition, we are excited to introduce our AI Sommelier, a sensor developed by our company that utilizes diamond electrodes to capture the “fingerprint information” of alcoholic beverages such as wine. This sensor is capable of detecting subtle changes in beverages influenced by fermentation, aging, origin, and temperature. By linking this data with human taste perception through machine learning, the AI Sommelier enables the quantification of taste and aroma within just one drop and in one minute.
