Our company’s efforts with the diamond chemical sensors in the AI Sommelier project were featured on Saga TV.

The “AI Sommelier” is a device that digitizes the taste of beverages such as wine. It features specialized sensors that can analyze even small quantities of liquid simply by immersing them. Unlike traditional measurements of components like sugar content or salt levels, it quantifies human perceptions of taste, such as bitterness and aroma.
